Refund policy for digital supplier packs.
HiddenStock sells digital supplier contact packs. Because access is delivered digitally after purchase, our refund policy is different from a physical product store.
Digital product policy
Our products are digital supplier contact resources. After checkout, access details are sent to the email address used at purchase. Since the information can be viewed, copied, or used immediately after delivery, all completed digital orders are treated as final once access has been provided.
When refunds may be considered
- You purchased the same pack twice by mistake.
- You paid but did not receive access and we are unable to resolve it.
- There was a technical issue preventing access to the digital product.
- You were charged incorrectly due to a store or checkout error.
When refunds are not available
- You changed your mind after receiving access.
- You no longer want to start reselling.
- You expected a physical product to be delivered.
- You did not contact suppliers or use the pack.
- A supplier changed pricing, stock, MOQ, shipping terms, or availability.
- You did not make sales or profit from using the supplier pack.
- A resale platform rejected, removed, restricted, or did not approve your listings.
Before requesting a refund
If you have not received your access email, please check your spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders first. Also confirm that the email address entered at checkout was correct.
If you still cannot access your pack, contact us with your order number and checkout email so we can help.

HiddenStock provides supplier contact resources only. We do not guarantee sales, profit, supplier approval, product quality, stock availability, pricing, platform approval, or business results.
Your results depend on your product selection, supplier communication, negotiation, pricing, demand, listing quality, platform rules, and execution.
Supplier changes
Supplier information, stock, minimum order quantities, pricing, shipping options, and availability can change over time. These changes are outside of our control and do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
Accidental duplicate orders
If you accidentally purchased the same supplier pack more than once, contact us as soon as possible with both order numbers. We will review the duplicate purchase and may offer a refund or store credit where appropriate.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with access, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We keep order and access records to help review disputes accurately.
